Software can automate the workflow process. This is particularly beneficial in customer service, as it can cut down on the time needed to respond to a question. Automation can also cut down on human errors, which can enhance the quality of a product.
To simplify the management and find your processes, you can organize your workflow into folders. For example a sales workflow can be divided into various folders for each product line or brand. Go to the dashboard for workflows and click Create. Create a name and then click the checkbox next to the business unit you wish to assign. To change the workflow’s assigned business unit just hover over the workflow and select More > Change business unit.
